Blog Writter Out Of Town

Cassidy, my blog writter helper, and her Dad have gone out of town. They are in CT for Chris' grandmother's funeral. She passed away last Tuesday, it was somewhat unexpected. I wish I could be there. Too hard to haul two little boys across the country. I am sure I'll hear all about it, though. Cassidy, I hope your being a good girl and please remember to check your silliness levels and Chris please don't eat all of Gabby's food. --Angie

Ice Skaing

After (trying to) ice skate in Sun Valley, the kids wanted to take lessons. Monday was their 1st lesson. Cassidy was better than all the kids in her group so they moved her up a level, then decided there were a couple things she didn't know so they moved her back down. Way to go Cass. your a natural! I wish I had my video camera when Carson had his lesson. He was a MANIAC! They gave him a bucket which he used to keep his balance and skate around. This guy has no fear. He can hardly stand up but that didn't slow him down, he beat all the kids to the other side of the rink. and then kept going, the teacher had to keep telling him to "come back" (it's nice to see someone other than myself experience this for a change) Needless to say, the teacher asked that we bring a HELMET next time.

Owie

Today Carson got bit by Preston on the cheek and it left big teeth marks. Then, Cassidy hit Carson on the forehead with a bat and it left a bat mark. She needs to work on her swing. Poor Carson didn't have a great day.
Preston is learning to stand really well, he even took a step. He bonked his eye on Carson's train mountain and got a little mark.
Cassidy got hit on the bum with a golf club. Her Dad did it. She was pretending to be a horse and her Dad treated her like a horse but he said sorry.

About Cassidy's Friends

My name is Cassidy and I am going to tell you all about my friends. My first friend is named Lizzie and she likes to play polly pockets at my house and I like to play tag at Lizzie's house. We are best friends and we love playing with each other. My other friend is named Tayler and we like to play with our neighbors dogs. Their names are Flanders and Tucker. Flanders is rough and Tucker is gentle. My last friend is named Tucker and he is very funny with me and Tayler.

Nascar

Yesterday we ventured to Larry Miller's race track. Carson was ecstatic. He was in the car, with carseat buckled and lightening McQueen on his lap and ready to go one and one half hours before it was time to go. It was fun to see the race cars but the 104 degree weather shortened our trip.
